Refund Policy – Glow Candle

We hope you love your Glow Candle as much as we loved creating it.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Damages & Errors

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

Custom pieces, sale items, and used candles are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
